Sure we are no Justin Bieber (currently he has 4,358,291 followers and is listed 241,348 times), but we just gained follower number 200 today.
What has been unique amongst our followers is that many of them are just following us (again unlike Justin Bieber, who is following 79,485 others).
And all we post on our Twitter account are Santa Rosa CityBus service notices, such as route delays or temporary bus stop closures or route re-configurations. I'm sure Justin Bieber posts less useful information than that (and no, I'm not a Bieber-hater), so how come we don't have four million followers yet? :) We've written about our Twitter services before and have posted cards in our buses explaining how to use this service to simplify your Santa Rosa travel experiences. We also use it to simplify the management of our system.
